How to Transfer Assets on BYDFi (APP)

The Transfer feature on BYDFi allows you to move funds between different account types directly in the mobile app. You can quickly and securely transfer assets between your Spot Account and your USDT-M or COIN-M Contract Accounts.

Steps to Transfer Assets on BYDFi App

1. Log in and Access Assets

Open the BYDFi App.
Log in to your account.
Tap Assets on the bottom menu bar.

2. Open the Transfer Function

On the Assets page, tap Transfer to start a transfer.

3. Select Wallets and Enter Amount

Choose the wallet you want to transfer from and the wallet you want to transfer to.
Enter the transfer amount.
Confirm to complete the transfer instantly.

Important Notes About Transfers

For Withdrawals: Before withdrawing funds, you must transfer them from your USDT-M or COIN-M Contract Account to your Spot Account.
Equity vs. Transferable Balance: If your account equity is greater than your transferable balance, check for any open orders. Open positions and their margin requirements lock part of your balance. Only the remaining funds after closing positions can be transferred out.
